Allyson's work with the St. Croix Foundation for Community Development and its Nonprofit Consortium demonstrates something beyond fundraising: the ability to strengthen an entire nonprofit ecosystem.

With Allyson's support, The Foundation launched the Nonprofit Consortium in 2016 to strengthen St. Croix’s civic sector. It convenes roughly 30 nonprofits around sustainability, impact, organizational capacity, collaboration, and data. The Foundation describes the initiative as deliberately replacing organizational isolation and competition with greater trust and collective action.
